STEP 01
Refined
Crude palm oil is treated to remove free fatty acids, phospholipids, and other impurities — producing a clean, stable base oil.
STEP 02
Bleached
Activated earth is used to adsorb pigments, trace metals, and oxidation products — resulting in a light golden-yellow colour.
STEP 03
Deodorized
Steam distillation under vacuum removes volatile compounds, delivering a fully odourless, flavour-neutral oil ready for food and industrial use.
